LEAK REPAIR

We feel we are the best leak repair company in the Denver area. We spend the time to locate a leak, and repair it permanently. Getting a building watertight is our first priority.

ROOF MAINTENANCE

Often a roof membrane is in fair to good shape. The flashings along the walls and around roof penetrations usually give out first. By repairing these, the useful life of your roof can often be extended for years.

RE-ROOFING

Often a roof is too old to make spending money on repairs worthwhile. When we discover this, we tell you the various options and their costs, and there are as many options as there are different types of roofs.

The cost and aggravation of constantly repairing roof leaks eventually reaches a level at which it is less costly (per square foot per year) to keep a building watertight by installing a new roof rather than to continue to waste money by constantly repairing it. We know when this point is reached, and thus also concentrate on re-roofing.

CONSULTING

We are consultants for real estate companies and building owners. We evaluate a roof by learning its age, history, any current problems, the building age, and everything else we can learn about it. We not only visually inspect it but find out what is beneath it, often by making core cuts (permanently repaired, of course), examining original blueprints, etc.

There may be more than one roof on a building. The substrate (roof deck) may be stable or not. There may be other contributing problems. We then ask ourselves, "What would I do if this was my building?" The answer is what we will recommend to you.
